Function Room

Our function room being just newly refurbished is an ideal location for all occasions.  The modern décor brings the function room into the 21st century, and creates a fun and lively yet classy and sophisticated theme.  The large bar is ideal for busy functions, so too is the newly restored maple dance floor.  Adequate seating makes room for everyone, and the snug situated just off the dance floor provides privacy, ideal for you to hire for a 30th birthday party, or just for a group night out.

Function Room at The Market Inn HotelWe cater for everyone’s needs, however, it is hotel policy that we do not hold 18th birthday parties. 
We also offer a small wedding package, ideal for wedding parties of up to 60 for a meal, and an extra 100 if required for the evening reception.  We will have a great deal of staff on hand for any wedding, all with wedding coordination experience, to assist you in every way, making your day as care free as possible.  Wedding brochures are available on request.

During the week, when no functions are taking place, the function room will be open to everyone, including children, for a game of pool, darts, or any other pub games.

Large lunching parties or bus parties wishing to dine together may also make use of the spacious function room.

Restaurant, Lounge and Bar

Our Lounge Bar is cosy and inviting, and as well as being able to choose from a great selection of whiskeys and good beers, you will also be able to enjoy our traditional food menu, catering for those who enjoy good old pub grub.
